MicronFogTM Fogging Nozzles
A major factor in the versatility of the Renby MicronFog system is the broad range of fogging nozzles. Readily available in different materials and orifice sizes, they can be tailored precisely to the system you require.
Changeover is easy, because nozzles are simply unscrewed from their holder (important: the system must be switched off and depressurised first!). This means that an installation can be configured rapidly to suit local requirements.

MicronFogTM Fogging Pumps
Renby MicronFogTM pumps are made from the highest quality components, sourced from UK suppliers.
Available in a range of sizes and specified to match the application, the pumps can supply pressurised water for the smallest system consisting of fewer than 10 nozzles right through to an installation of 100s of nozzles. Water is boosted from mains pressure to 70 Bar, the operating pressure of the Renby MicronFogTM system.

Slip Lock and Nozzle Accessories
Versatility is the cornerstone of the Renby MicronFogTM system. Systems are assembled rapidly using a combination of slip lock fittings and high pressure plastic tubing.
A range of slip lock fittings are available that allow lines to traverse sharp 90° corners, split three ways and fit through steelwork. Tubing push fits into the slip lock providing a fast, reliable, water tight connection.

Valves, Zone Control and Sensors
Whether it be a garden system or an industrial fogging installation, there is often the need to operate the Renby MicronFogTM system in separate areas or zones. We have a range of high pressure ball valves and solenoid control valves to segregate the zones either manually or automatically. You can even use a radio remote control system should you require!
Some applications also require sensing to provide the optimum levels of fog. Humidity and temperature sensors can be integrated with the system to control the fog as you require.

Filtration and Disinfection Units
Key to a successful fogging system is the treatment of the water before it enters the system. The Renby MicronFogTM system has been designed with easy water treatment in mind.
As standard, we supply filtration down to 1 micron, an electronic water softener and ultra violet disinfection. This ensures that the water arrives at the pump both scrupulously clean and safe.

Micronfog Control Panels
To simplify the electrical installation of the Renby MicronFogTM system, a control panel is supplied that houses all of the electrical switch gear and controls.
There are a range of variants available from a simple on / off control through to a complete programmed system with zone control, humidification and disinfection options. All but the simplest panel offer an inverter to control the pump throughput and keep energy consumption to a minimum.
